Is 1 GB/month really enough for business travel?
For most business travellers taking 1 to 4 short trips a year, yes. 1 GB covers email, maps, messaging, and light browsing for a 3 to 5 day trip with room to spare. If an employee travels more frequently or uses heavy data (video calls, large file transfers), our Unlimited plan is designed for them, and the upgrade from Always On takes one click. The better question is: what’s the cost of not having a baseline plan? Today, those same employees are either roaming on corporate plans at €12–20/day, or buying trip-by-trip eSIMs that someone has to manage. Always On replaces both with a fixed annual cost and zero management overhead.

We already have a corporate roaming agreement. Why switch?
Most corporate roaming agreements run €10 to 30/day/employee. For an employee taking three 4-day trips a year (12 travel days), that’s €120 to 360/year in roaming alone, before any reimbursement processing. Always On costs €9.95/year for that same employee, plus upgrades only if they exceed 1 GB/month. The maths are not close.
When does the data plan start?
The eSIM plan activates immediately upon purchase. This means that as soon as you complete the payment, the plan is ready for use. It remains valid for 30 days from the purchase date and renews automatically each month for another 30-day cycle. If you are purchasing the plan in advance, please note that the activation will begin immediately—not on a future date. If the intention is not to start using the data plan right away, consider purchasing it closer to your team’s intended start date.
How do I assign the purchased eSIMs?

From the HBC dashboard, you will have a full view of all your eSIMs—from those purchased but not yet assigned to those already assigned, with details about plan activation and the next automatic payment per user.
