The eSIM plan activates immediately upon purchase. This means that as soon as you complete the payment, the plan is ready for use. It remains valid for 30 days from the purchase date and renews automatically each month for another 30-day cycle. If you are purchasing the plan in advance, please note that the activation will begin immediately—not on a future date. If the intention is not to start using the data plan right away, consider purchasing it closer to your team’s intended start date.

Holafly Corporate Plans eSIMs allow your team to use mobile data and include a European phone number that enables them to receive SMS—very handy for two-factor authentication.
It does not include a local phone number for calling.

They can still make calls using apps like WhatsApp, Aircall, or any other app that works with internet data, eliminating the need for a local SIM card.”

Once the eSIM is purchased on the HBC platform, you will only need your employee’s mobile phone number and corporate email address to assign it. They will receive it by email and WhatsApp with a QR code or manual code to install it immediately.
From the HBC dashboard, you will have a full view of all your eSIMs—from those purchased but not yet assigned to those already assigned, with details about plan activation and the next automatic payment per user.

Once the Holafly for Business eSIM is installed, the user will be able to see the European phone number
For iOS, simply go to phone settings > Mobile Service (Cellular) > SIMs. Here you should see your added SIMs/eSIMs. Under Holafly eSIM, you should see a local phone number starting with +43.

Yes. From your HBC account, you can manage each subscription individually to cancel, reassign, or reactivate them within just a few clicks.
With Holafly Business Center, you receive your monthly usage invoice automatically in your customer area, ready to export whenever you need.
The Always On plan ensures your employee has 1GB per month to work remotely without worrying about connectivity. Once this 1GB is consumed, the 10GB or Unlimited plan will be automatically activated to make sure your employee stays productive.

The Hotspot included in your Unlimited connection provides 10GB per day. This is sufficient data to work without any issues on any device.
